Dosia
Dorota Konopacka (she/her) is an interior designer, herbalist and late diagnosed neurodivergent person.
In 2020 she suffered through total burnout. At the time, she didn't realise what it was. She didn't know she was neurodivergent.
Only after receiving the diagnosis 5 years later did she realise what it was. She began to look back on her life and re-examine it from an entirely different perspective.
In retrospect, she learned about the price she payed for years of masking. The toll that continuous sensory overload took on her wellbeing and how it contributed to heightened anxiety and chronic fatigue.
Now she is determined to advocate for neurodivergent communities, share practical coping strategies, and design spaces that reduce sensory overload.
She envisions calmer environments that honor individuality, while promoting sustainable, creative workflows that prevent burnout and celebrate diverse thinking.
